Terms of Use & Subscription Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meet ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the CodeWithoutAI application for macOS (the "App") and the website at codewithoutai.dev. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service & Network Disclaimer

CodeWithoutAI is a software productivity utility designed to help users restrict access to artificial intelligence code generators, web services, and user-specified domains during focus sessions.

Network Blocking Disclaimer: The App uses Apple's native Content Filter APIs (NetworkExtension) to implement client-side network blocking. CodeWithoutAI does not guarantee 100% prevention of all network traffic, bypass mechanisms, or third-party service alterations. Blocking effectiveness may vary depending on macOS versions, system configuration, network configuration, VPNs, other network filtering software, and changes made by third-party services. You remain responsible for managing your environment and software tools.

Compatibility & System Requirements

CodeWithoutAI is designed for supported macOS devices and relies on Apple's system networking capabilities. Certain features may require system extension approval or specific macOS permissions. Blocking behavior may be affected by the macOS version, system configuration, VPNs, firewalls, other network filtering software, or changes to third-party services.

3. Free & Pro Tiers

• Free Plan: Provides access to core AI service catalog items, custom domain entries, and standard focus timers.
• CodeWithoutAI Pro: Optional auto-renewable subscription that provides access to additional AI service catalog items, unlimited custom domain blocking, advanced analytics, environmental impact metrics, and other Pro features described in the App.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

a. Billing & Payment

CodeWithoutAI Pro is offered as an auto-renewable Monthly or Annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. If an eligible introductory free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial period ends unless the subscription is canceled according to Apple's applicable cancellation terms.

b. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off or the subscription is canceled according to Apple's applicable cancellation terms. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal according to the subscription price displayed at the time of purchase and Apple's subscription policies.

c. Free Trial Eligibility

Free trial availability is subject to Apple's eligibility rules and the introductory offer configured for the applicable CodeWithoutAI Pro subscription. Not all users may be eligible for a free trial. Any unused portion of an introductory offer may be forfeited if you purchase another subscription or otherwise change your subscription, where applicable under Apple's rules.

d. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time. Apple will handle applicable price-change notifications, consent requirements, and billing in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Restore Purchases

How to Cancel: You may manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings on your Mac. Open System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select CodeWithoutAI, and follow Apple's cancellation instructions.

Refunds: Payments, billing transactions, and refund requests for Mac App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through the Mac App Store.

Restore Purchases: If you reinstall CodeWithoutAI or use it on another Mac, you can use the Restore Purchases option in the App's Subscription & License settings to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

6. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run CodeWithoutAI for personal or internal professional use on compatible macOS devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App to any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeWithoutAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or productivity resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law & Contact
